Six Days To A New You

How to Become A Better You In Six Days

It is almost impossible to count how many articles or news stories are shared regarding personal issues, including alcohol and drug abuse and relationship problems within celebrity communities. So often hear or read about their breakup, which leads to separation or divorce. It is not about celebrity bashing but rather an attempt to show that you are not alone in life’s situation that affects your self- steam. The purpose is to show that no matter how famous or how much money a person may or may not have, problems exist. You can learn how to become a better you in six days.

Most people see TV and movie stars as people without flaws, living rich, glamorous lives that almost become fairy tales. It is time we take our heads out of the clouds and face the unrelenting reality that we all, including the rich and famous, can benefit from self-improvement.

Many things will happen during your lifetime that may cause you to lose your sense of self-esteem regardless of how trivial it could get. You can work hard not to lose your sense of self despite what may happen.

So what does it take to maintain your self-worth and not lose sight of who you are and what you are capable of accomplishing? Below are six things you can do and think about for six days. The goal should be to experience self-growth to better yourself in six days and the rest on the seventh day. However, it may be necessary to repeat these six steps for six days repeatedly until you become a better you.

Day One:

Know Your Purpose

Do you find yourself wandering through life, having little or no direction – wishing and hoping that you will find health, happiness, and prosperity? In other words, do you take time to Identify your life purpose or mission? Instead, write a statement of who you are, what you believe you are created to do, and how you can do them. Doing this and developing your unique compass will lead you to your true self every day.

It may seem a little strange to you at first, especially if you presently see yourself moving about aimlessly and at a dead end. Know that there is always room for improvement and turn things around to see a difference in yourself as you become a better you.

Day Two:

Know What You Value

What is it that you value most? Make a list of the top 5 things that you love. For example, family, freedom, security, learning, and spiritual development. Set them as your goals for at least six months. You must check your goals against your values. If you notice that your goals do not align with any of your top five values – you will need to reconsider or revise your goals.

Do not become discouraged or disappointed if you discover that you are out of sync. Instead, let your findings motivate you to do more than you can ever dream you could do.

Day Three:

Know What You Need

Do you know that unmet needs can keep you from living authentically? It would be best if you took care of your elf. To do so, you must know your needs. Do you desire to be acknowledged, right, on top of things, and believed? Many people live their entire lives without realizing their dreams.

Most of them find themselves stressed or depressed, not understanding the cause, which may be due to unmet needs. Please list your top four needs and work to obtain them. It is never too late to get started.

Day Four:

Know Your Passions

You can increase your self-awareness and develop inner wisdom by regularly reflecting in silence—communing with nature. In doing so, you will discover what you truly enjoy in life and who you are.

Obstacles like doubt and lack of enthusiasm will hinder you but won’t derail your chance to become the person you need to be. First, to discover your inner self, you should practice deep breathing to quiet your distracted mind. Then, ask yourself these questions: What do I like doing. What can I do even if I never receive any compensation from it? What is it that makes me happy? These questions will lead to self-discovery of what your true passions are.

Day Five:

Honor Your Strengths

What are your positive traits? What unique talents do you have? List three of your strengths, or ask your friends and family to tell you what they perceive your strengths to be. For example, are you imaginative, witty, and good with your hands? In addition, find ways to express your genuine self through your talents. You can increase your self-confidence once you share what you discover about yourself with others.

Day Six:

Be Willing To Serve

When you live authentically, you may notice that you have developed an interconnected sense of being. In addition, living life authentically means you are true to yourself. You give your talents to the world and live according to your purpose. Moreover, you are giving the gift that is only you can because you give yourself. The rewards for sharing your talent with those close to you are indeed satisfying and beneficial. It is true even in the eyes of a stranger who can appreciate what you have done for them.

Self-improvement is the most incredible work that you can do for yourself, and it is well worth it. It does not have to always be within your office building’s confines or related to your occupation. In other words, you do not need to restrict your desire to improve the four corners of your room. The difference you see is contingent upon how much you are willing to apply yourself. In conclusion, how much do you want to change to become a better you in six days?
